Our fabrication proposal modifies our architectural proposal by replacing our columns with a reciprocal frame and altering all member sizes to be made with the available MPP scraps of which we will use solely 1.75″ thick MPP to create square cross section members. Reviewers were primarily concerned with the lack of function of our proposal as a stand alone model, a justified critique as the reciprocal system we are using is very limited in its base to height ratio. Due to this drawback however we understand that this system is best suited for a roof system and as suggested by reviewers could work well when integrated with nomadic practices of underground habitat.
